Everytime that I walked in, the guys knew my name. When it came time to order, it was such an easy process. I got exactly what I needed without the added stress of the pressure of salesmen trying to sell me something I didnt need or want.
My wife and I have purchased both carpet and hardwood flooring from here. The salespeople are great and will help you find exactly what you are looking for.
