“Brandon was great, we had Carpet Control over to fix a problem another cleaner created.
The previous company left a residue that got on the dog and created a $245 vet bill.
We asked them to just rinse to remove the residue. Brandon did a great job getting it out.
Five stars!”
“Wyatt and Curtis came and cleaned my home today. They cleaned so many things that I never would have expected. Both men were very friendly and professional. They take great pride in their work.
Tim was so kind and explained how things were going to happen. He answered my many calls with questions I had as things progressed.
Mark was my project manager. He was a perfectionist in every aspect of his work. He noticed things that I did not notice that weren't up to his standards. He was prompt with answering my many texts and phone calls. He always had time to talk to me and did not hurry me through our conversations. He helped me with little extras. He had to explain things to my insurance company when they didn't understand the process. He was absolutely wonderful to work with. Servpro is very fortunate to have him.”
“Brody did a fantastic job on our carpets. Not only did he do good job but was considerate and had such a wonderful and caring personality which was so appreciated...we have always had good results from maintnance plus. Thank you for all you do!!!”
