While some customers have found the process a bit rushed, the photos capture special moments, allowing customers to dress up in fancy hats and enjoy the nostalgic setting. However, some have expressed concerns about the pricing and lack of retakes, as well as the emphasis on certain physical features in the final images.
Highly recommend you call and reserve a spot if you'd like get into the schedule. They do allow walk-ins though. Staff was friendly and walked us through the whole process. Lots of options for backgrounds, clothing choices, and large studio space. Kid friendly and an award winning studio. Very affordable compared to the Black Hills area!! We ended up choosing 2 photos we liked and laid a total of $130 with tip. However sitting price changes depending on how many people you have. We are a family of 4. Sitting price was $80. We had a great experience! From the time we walked through the door, we were greeted by friendly, knowledgeable and competent staff. The ladies knew exactly how to dress us, we had a fun time and it surprisingly very affordable. The session didn’t take a lot of time, which we appreciated and photos were ready in 30 minutes.
We had a great experience. We walked in and they fit my 5 kids in a session right away. The young ladies doing the photos let my kids be goofy and have fun while getting ready. We didn't feel rushed and they adjusted what we needed to get all the kids happy with their costume. The final products were cute.
