When I initially called to make an appointment the receptionist was very nice and handled all my questions easily and made the whole process run smoothly. The day of my original appointment I sadly misplaced my ID and they immediately helped me reschedule with no fuss and I couldn't be more grateful.

My artist Mike made the whole process very enjoyable, he told me everything he was doing before he did it and regularly asked if I was ok or if I needed anything. He payed a lot of attention to detail, making sure it was exactly what I wanted and I love the results
