After a crazy hailstorm in August 2022, many of the roofs in our immediate area were trashed and an estimated 80% needed complete replacements. Nick Welle and the Riverbend team was with us all the way. After the first inspection by the contracted inspector, the insurance company refused our claim. Nick was there for the inspection and helped me with my appeal. Winter set in and we waited for 5-months until we could get another inspector to review our claim and come to inspect the roof. Again, Nick was available to mark numerous areas of the roof to assist the inspector. After getting a number of bids to replace our roof, we decided to go with Riverbend roofing. We had seen the work they did and were pleased with what we saw. They came on the day we had scheduled and completed the job in one day. Did a great job in cleaning our yard. Will definitely recommend them and will use them again.
