These people are really INCOMPETENT!! Full of lies & excuses! Car was NOT CLEAN! Windshield was NOT even cleaned either inside or out! The leather seats were streaky and looked like they were wiped with a dirty or oily rag. The painted surfaces on the exterior looked very good! The worst part, however was that the car would NOT start! They had left ALL doors open for 4 hours and we even got an email from OnStar diagnostic saying they had detected a drained battery! The Detailer came back and tried jumping the car-it still wouldn’t start! The Detailer had no clue and then left! The car spent the night outside with our battery charger connected! Took my car in for a full intearer vacuum/ wipe down and outer car wash with wax and wheel shine. When I picked my car up. It looked brand new and smelt like a new car. I would highly recommend his services. And the prices are better than anywhere else I’ve been.
