Heart River Animal Hospital

I just wanted to take a moment to thank Heart River Animal Hospital for the incredible care and compassion they have shown our family over the past 13 years.

Last Wednesday evening around 6:00 PM, we brought our Springer Spaniel, Cooper, in after he had taken a turn for the worse. The veterinarian met us after hours, and unfortunately, we had to make the heartbreaking decision to let Cooper go.

I live in Minot and it is very limited for vet care here. I couldnt get into any place local to me, and the answers I was getting from them regarding my cat were very dim. Suggesting to let her go without ever even seeing her while also telling me they couldnt do it because they arent accepting any new patients. I decided to call these amazing people. I called originally to see if they would be able to euthanize my cat even though she is not a patient. They told me to bring her in before making that decision. Dr. Martin and her staff always treat us great and make us feel welcomed with all our pets. They take the time to talk with us and answer our questions while explaining things to make sure we understand.
