Dr. Martin and her staff always treat us great and make us feel welcomed with all our pets. They take the time to talk with us and answer our questions while explaining things to make sure we understand.
I cannot say enough positive things about this animal hospital! After taking our malamute all over town and being disappointed and frustrated with the care he was receiving we found heart river animal hospital (this was 11 years ago). Our first vet at heart river was Dr. Espe (she has now retired) but I remember loving our first experience with her. The entire staff has always been wonderful to my family and our dog.

Our corgi got into something that made her puke. 24 hours later she was still puking up bile & pooping straight blood. I called my vet, with no answer, so I looked around for another emergency vet at 3:30am. Dr. Martin is not my normal vet, but she told me to give her 30 minutes and she would be at her clinic. The care she gave to my girl was unmatched. You can tell the love & care that Dr. Martin has for animals. She worked with her for 3 hours to make her better. I am forever thankful for her & her selflessness that night. She has earned new customers, that's for sure!!
