Upon needing new glasses, I tried another popular boutique in town after being told from multiple locations I needed to get kids’ lenses for my high RX. Left that particular place feeling beaten and down. Walking back in to BLINK, I was greeted immediately with a big smile and a handshake by John. He walked me through every possibility— and he had no fear shaking his head at the frames that I knew didn’t fit my face (but was scared to tell my Entourage I didn’t like). He didn’t just sit there and smile, he gave me honest feedback and even made major suggestions of popping the reflective lens out so I could see better, handed me a cloth to cover my shirt so the color of my clothing didn’t sway my opinion, and even offered to loan the glasses to me to roam around the town and see them in different environments. I can’t recommend BLINK enough!!! After feeling so persuaded and guilty at other reputable places around town, John has made BLINK my absolute go to. I could go on for ages about the phenomenal service that goes completely unmatched— kind, warm, welcoming, honest. More businesses need Johns. I’m almost excited to need my next pair of glasses just to go back to this warm hug of a place!!“
