My mom, aunt, goddaughter and I decided to get tattoos while we were all in town. We each got two hearts, a family symbol, and Russ was our artist. He was amazing! He took the drawing my cousin had done and "cleaned" it ip a bit and made it just perfect. He did such a good job and we all walked out very happy. Even more important though was that he made it a wonderful experience. We had so much fun telling stories while we got our tattoos and Russ made us feel so comfortable. The shop was very clean as well and it was an all around good experience.

Amazing cover up! First time getting a cover up and I am beyond impressed and extremely happy with the results! I asked a local Facebook group for suggestions on a cover up tattoo artist in Bismarck-Mandan area and I received numerous suggestions of RUSS IRELAN @ Benevolent

Cover up on a tattoo I had 20 years ago. They did a great job communicating back-and-forth wi was wanting drying it up to the sizing making sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend.
