Clayton was very professional, prompt and friendly. We had furniture cleaned and definitely wish we had called Action first. He did a great job and was very fair in the amount charged. We will 100% use Action Cleaning Service in the future.
We had really let our carpet go because we were going to replace it. Fast forward and that money had to be used for something else......we are soooo pleased with how clean you were able to get the carpet! We've used you time and again and will continue in the future! The city flooded our basement last year and that's how we got action cleaners.... I was just amazed! We are soon selling our beautiful home and noticed a concerning leak. I'm not one to put lipstick on a problem to cover it up so called them in and although understaffed they came promptly and we ripped into my walls to find a broken pipe! Bob was amazing!! Although a very slow leak, and extremely old hard wood. He treated the area to be safe. So blessed that there wasn't more wrong! He explained why things didn't look worse and did a great job cleaning up! Offered to treat again after we replace to pipe just to be sure and they can even repair the wall itself!
