I have to be honest, at first I was a little upset and felt mislead by this shop due to a misunderstanding, but they really pulled through! This shop went out of their way to make sure my mother got exactly what my sister and I had hoped for. They also allowed me to change the delivery address so soon to the delivery time when I realized my mother would be elsewhere when the flowers were delivered. They also showed concern about leaving things in the wind there if she wasn't able to receive them. They dealt with my issues so wonderfully and put up with me in such a kind and thoughtful way. They really deserve all the credit for being professional and providing amazing customer service. Thank you all so much for making this mother's day/birthday gift a special one for us!!
