There two sides to every story and if a customer calls to ask for estimate I give them the best I can over the phone with the info I get over the phone ,now when I get there or get the vehicle in my shop and it's more work or vehicle recovery is more it will cost more .I don't like to respond to customers who bash us and alot of times thes name I don't even recognize them as a customer
I can't say enough good things about Four Aces. My son was in an accident near Killdeer back in September and was flown to Bismarck. Ed was so professional and understanding to the situation and let me in the yard to see the truck and get a few belongings, on a Sunday. He also let us back in to get what was salvageable, 5 days later. In a state I've never been to in a place where I didn't know a soul, he helped me when he didn't have to. During a very stressful time Killdeer proved to be full of some of the kindest people I've ever met, from Ed at Four Aces to the outstanding crew at Killdeer ambulance, to the equally outstanding flight crew, I'll forever be grateful.
Great Service, Friendly staff. I was in need of some work. Got the work done as promised and went above an beyond to make sure no other issues came up. In fact, they took the time to point out potential problems and concerns. Always a plus. Looking for a set of Lifelong honest mechanics, hear a good story, or get a quote. HERE YOU GO!
