Nill Construction won the bid for a State of North Dakota job that we designed. We worked with Tim Nill and his team during the project. They are easy to communicate with, and they did well and remained flexible, which was important on this job. This job entailed institutional penal-type construction and quality that was to Joint Commission standards. I give them 4 stars, and that means very good.
