Knocked my whole toilet bowl over one day, called them late that night and they were over there replacing the ring that bolts the toilet to the ground the next day. The guy that came let me sit in the bathroom with him and he showed and explained what he was doing. I learned a little bit about plumbing and the price was great. No complaints here.
