Zach did a phenomenal job of walking us through the complicated process of getting our house ready for sale, listing it, and finding the best potential buyers. His expertise, dedication and attention to detail were remarkable. No text, email or phone call was left unanswered; indeed, he would typically respond within minutes. In just a few short weeks he had our home sold to a great new family. All in all, Zach made a complicated process as easy and as stress-free as possible for us and it is worth noting that he is a delightful person to work with. We couldn't have asked for anything more.

Zach was a referral agent for some clients that moved to Arizona. He was amazing to work with! Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, & helpful. I have relatives who just moved to his part of town, and 100% I told them to work with Zach! If you're in the Grand Forks area, he's the man!
