I use regular chiropractic visits and adjustments as part of my self-care routine, and this winter I have really avoided the sickness and gunk that my friends and coworkers have had not once, but several times. I think part of that is regular adjustments and not going in just because something feels out of place.I’ve also known Dr. Waind personally for decades and when I visited this week, I instantly felt amazing. He really knows what he’s talking about and he listens to what I have to say.Stiffness and soreness are common as we age, and man I still feel like a million bucks….see you guys in a couple weeks!

Dr. Waind is always so professional and extremely thorough when I have an issue.I’ve seen him for back, neck, shoulder, elbow and migraine and he’s always set me on the right path. Highly recommended!Pain in my leg for a week. Saw Dr. Waind and now it’s gone!Thank you!

Dr Waind did a great job and I am returning again and again! Slept like a baby after having my neck adjusted, and was able to adjust my hip I have been have a terrible time with. Felt comfortable and at home in his office. Staff was friendly and very informative of each step!
