The entire Thermal Air team are my “Mike Holmes”. They stepped up and took care of me even though they hadn’t been the original contractor that installed my Bryant Evolution system. The problems I had been having began after the original install 3 years prior. Joey and Wyatt were both amazing to work with. Very knowledgeable and honest. Daryl and Terra were amazing behind the scenes working tirelessly to solve the problems I was having. At the end of the day, what they did for me (and family) was unbelievable. My HVAC system is now operating normal for the first time in almost 3 years. Unfortunately I've used Thermal Air so much over the past few years. Fortunately, there is never a repeat problem. Kidding aside. I've had them install a whole home humidifier, garbage disposal, furnace maintenance, fireplace maintenance, fix a leaky pipe. And that's just what I can remember. They are fast, professional and very competitively priced. Don't go anywhere else.
