I called to get a quote on concrete and install a steel building. I spoke to Ryan and did the normal everyday greetings. I said one sentence “I had a barn burn down on Christmas Eve.” I got no further before he says “I’m not interested in yours sales pitch”, he then proceeds to hang up on me. I called back. He answers the phone and lo and behold, He says the same thing and hangs up on me both times. I have the building and have $40k to spend to get this built and paid for. This is appalling that an employee would treat potential customers like this. Whomever reads this should seriously sit him down and have a talk with him. I tried to call to get a quote for concrete and install a steel building. one sentence, I said "I had a barn burn down Christmas Eve", and I get told "not interested in a sales pitch". Then Ryan proceeds to hang up. I call back. Same sentence he says and hangs up again. this is a trash way to do business.
