I cannot say enough about how much Nick Walker helped my family when purchasing a home. We relocated to North Dakota from Texas, which naturally presented some logistical challenges when going through the process. No matter the issue, Nick found a way to fix it. I really appreciated his communication in keeping us in the loop and advocating for us. We went in with a list of houses we expected to like, but Nick found several that we were unaware of, one of them being the one we purchased!Nick knows the area well and was a great help to us. I would recommend him to anyone that needs help while looking for property in eastern North Dakota!
As a first time home buyer, Nick was extremely helpful in helping me understand the process, finding me the perfect house, and keeping a constant flow of communication throughout the process. He would facilitate my busy schedule and meet at very obscure times, even on the weekends. His team worked diligently and constantly kept me aware of things needing to be done well in advance so there was no sense of urgency even with a rushed closing date. I'd highly reccomend Nick and his team and Greenberg!
