Kimmy from RE/MAX Grand Forks, was absolutely the best choice for our home sale and move. We relocated and moved to be closer for my employment and family. We were able to find our own buyer(s) for our old house, but needed assistance with the purchase agreement and required documentation that goes along with the purchase and state laws. Kim was awesome. She was very professional, she always kept me up to date when buyers would be coming by to look at the house. I got several offers within 3 days and accepted an offer within 5. I would definitely work with her again if I moved back to Grand Forks.

Once we made the decision to move, the next best decision we made was selecting Kim Efta at RE/MAX as our realtor. Her knowledge, patience and understanding made the process of selling our home and finding a new one that met our needs much easier. She was always there to answer our questions, and we had a lot of them.When trying to sell a home or buy a different one, my advice would be to pick a realtor that you can trust and work with, not just the realty company that has a sign out front of a house you’re interested in looking at.We can’t thank Kim enough.
