JCPenney is a large retailer offering clothing, home furnishings, and beauty products. The store carries a range of national brands like Adidas and Levi's, as well as its own private brands. Customers can find items for men, women, and children, including apparel, footwear, jewelry, and accessories. JCPenney offers free shipping and curbside pickup.
The beauty department, JCPenney Beauty, features popular brands like CoverGirl and e.l.f. as well as Black-owned brands through Thirteen Lune. While some customers have noted positive experiences with helpful staff, others have mentioned long wait times at the checkout.
I always come here when visiting from Canada. If they got rid of the JC Penny in Grand Forks - would have to go to Fargo instead, lol. This store is clean (for an older store) and typically well stocked. There is always clearance and good deals!
Really liked my stop here. Was a little difficult to find an open check out counter. There is also so much product here. Would think a person could find any clothing item they need.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Once found check out it was timely.
Prices were fair/consistent with other stores. They also have a large stock of clearance items.
I was recently in the store in Grand Forks, ND. A sweet lady welcomed me and my friend into the store and asked if we needed help. I continued my purchase before my friend and asked the sweet lady if there was anywhere I could sit. She moved some items so I had a place to sit at on table. She was such a sweetheart I had to let you know. The following was on my receipt.

I don't remember her name but she is definitely an asset to your company.
Thanks again,
