Red Level Improvements
“Red Level recently replaced a deck I have that is actually build on top of the garage of my townhouse. I knew that this was not going to be a typical job. Issues with the condition of the roof under the deck was shown to me and described what needed to be done to fix it. This was going to have to be added to my original bid I had agreed on. I thought for sure it was going to be an extremely high bid because of the damage I was shown. That was not the case. It was very reasonable. During the installation there was a small hiccup in part of the installation so they had the construction manager come out to inspect it. He gave them detailed instructions to complete the installation. So many companies would have just left the issue. The result was a great looking deck! I have given recommendation to use Red River to our neighbors as many of them noticed their truck in the driveway and are looking for the same work to be done.”
