“All around a very pleasant experience! This was one of my first times at the eye doctor so naturally it was all a bit overwhelming. I was greeted by a pleasant, smiling receptionist who made me feel welcome right away and eased a lot of my nerves. The optometrist, Dr. Julie, and the technician were both wonderful! Dr. Julie explained everything clearly of what was going on with my eyes, how that was different than what she normally sees and what to expect from my glasses. I would definitely recommend her to others in the future! My only comment is prescription sunglasses were pushed really hard by the optician despite my declining them which became a little frustrating.“
