Will Bayne, LMT is my massage therapist. He is professional and discreet and I have always felt comfortable in his sessions. He is laid back and easy to make conversation with. Megan Byzewski, ME has been doing my eyelash extensions and event make up sessions. She is a rock star in bringing out your features! Two of my profile photos faces are 'by Megan' and a third shows the incredible Nova Lash extensions. She also applied my one and only spray tan. (I have fair skin, so its a lot of work for me to try and maintain.) She was discreet and the application was flawless and lasted the timeframe she said it would. I am drawing a blank on the two gals who I have seen for pedicures and manicures ( I don't get to go in as often for these services), hopefully I can adjust my review when I remember. But as you might guess, they are amazing too! Fun and easy to chat with! The front desk is the "A Team". They are incredibly friendly on the phone and in person. They remember your name, always offer a warm hello and good bye. The appointment reminder text alerts a day before your appointment are incredibly handy! Location and hours are convenient and easily accessible. All services are upstairs, however, there is an elevator if you don't feel like making the trek up two flights of stairs. Pricing is reasonable.
