I purchased a home in 2014 from Crary real estate which was built in 2008 by Crary Builders. My original roof is leaking so I contacted a roofer and he stated that my roof doesn't have a shingle starter strip which is required per code in Minnesota. I contacted Crary about this issue as it just started happening and Tim Crary told their current builder not to waste his time and money on correcting this issue because it was built so long ago. Still the original roof as I stated that they built. Horrible customer service. I will be seeking legal action against Crary.
