Very friendly and good work! Only critiques:
- Was not informed up front that, after the repair on my iPad Mini power button, the fingerprint sensor would no longer work
- Kept getting very incorrect estimates on when the repair would be complete
Great place! I had an older surface pro tablet that wasn't working and was on its way to recycling. On a whim I took it to best buy but the battery was bulging out so badly from behind the screen that they wouldn't touch it. They did tell me to expect to pay around $250 to $300 elsewhere. I took it to CPR where they quoted me a price under $130 to replace the battery no problem. The battery had swollen to the point that while it was being replaced it caused the screen to crack. Service was excellent and my phone now operates as it should thanks to the skilled staff member's efforts and new battery. His courtesy and professionalism has persuaded us to bring our future phone issues only to CPR. Again, thanks for CPR's help on short notice.
