About Blue Bubble Laundry - Car Wash - Tanning
Blue Bubble Laundry is a one-stop shop in the heart of Grafton for laundry, car wash, and tanning. It is a decent, usual small town laundromat that is quite visited. The place seems pretty clean and well maintained with friendly staff. It has new washing machines, card washers, and accepts quarter dollar coins. There are tables to fold clothes, clean bathrooms, a public restroom, and a large parking area. It includes a small place for children, machines for drinks and detergents, and areas to rest. Some machines are out of use, but you always find availability. A downside is it is not air conditioned.

Little to no AC. Flies and crickets because the doors are always open.
It's great that card readers are present, but not online! Too many machines out of service. They all needed wiped out. And for a place this heavily used, all need to be up and running.
Where is the attendant? Huh? Where is that essential human being to tidy up after the other humans who just can't seem to see their mess?
You're obviously making a profit here, you can do better on customer service. Remember, you have the privilege of washing yours at home.
the owner was very nice and great to chat with also I was very pleased to see her cleaning and sanitizing everything. I've been doing my laundry here since February n never seen that done!! very impressive
