All of the vetrinarians, vet techs, and staff are very helpful at Valley Vet. We’ve had spay surgery, they found an issue with my little fur girls teeth before she reacted and we had that surgery. They showed an explained what they did, called me 4 times to update me during the day of the surgery, called the day before to make sure I understood, gave me follow up instructions with cost estimates along the way. They hooked us up with the right food for one of my dogs after nothing was working to fix some symptoms she was having. I came here twice so far. My male cat is generally very nice but with his kidney issue he was a bit more touchy. The staff was very kind to us.
More so impressed with my most recent visit. I have a very anxious and unpredictable siamese female. She has been needing to get seen but she was kicked out of her last vet we saw here in Fargo for being "aggressive". I told the staff that prior to us coming and they were more than helpful with the entire process. Turns out my "agressive" cat was having pain and the other vet office just deemed her "aggressive"

I love this place. After having two really bad experiences at other vets in Fargo, I found Valley Veterinary and all I can say is Thank God. What is interesting to me is this vet clinic actually knows what a cat is and how to deal with them. At other clinics in Fargo, they have to consult medical dictionaries to look up the words "C-A-T". It is baffling, to say the least. But aside from previous frustrations, I strongly recommend Valley Veterinary. As far as I am concerned, it is the ONLY vet clinic in Fargo I would go to.
