This is hands down the best walk-in place in town. I've see both doctors and they are both great. But I do have to give Dr Kooyer a special shout out. He's truly great and caring. Takes all the time if you have any questions and doesn't rush you out. I'd give ten stars if I could! Appreciate the friendly staff as well!

I can not say enough good about this place. Front desk always has been amazing, nurses that bring you back are kind and compassionate. Dr.’s which I have had both are down to earth, kind, and caring. They take time to answer any questions. The wait time as never been more than 15 min to get into a room. Turned out I needed to get referred for imaging and that was handled in a very timely manner. I had a question one day so I called talked to the nurse and within a few hours one of the Dr’s contacted me personally to discuss the issue. I will recommend this walk-in to anyone!

Urgent Med is my savior! It seems I so often get sick, or worse, on a weekend. Dr. Kooyer and Dr. Sondreal are so kind and act as if you are their only patient. They really listen to your concerns and ask questions to make sure they understand why you are there. They are also excellent physicians and pick up on symptoms or problems you may not have mentioned. The entire staff is warm and caring. This is the place to go when you are sick after hours or anytime.
