I wanted to leave a review since I almost didn’t pay my collections here because of the horrible reviews. I didn’t get anything stating I had any collections and didn’t find out until I went to apply for a loan so I was even more sketched to see these reviews. After disputing it and they proved it was mine, I paid in full and asked for a receipt. They had a malfunction with something so when it wasn’t emailed to me immediately after the charge went through I emailed them and they told me to come in and grab the paper one. I did and asked when it would fall off my credit. Within 2 weeks it’s gone off my credit so I’d say a good experience getting it taken care...read full review

I see the negative reviews which is why I want to make one I was not hopeful when calling this collection agency after reading reviews HOWEVER My experience was pleasant the young lady I spoke to was so nice to my brother and I she was helpful she got done what I wanted to be done keep up the great work .

I was very impressed with working with Vicky. She is very professional and willing to work with an individual to resolve a collection. I would highly recommend working with Vicky. She works for the best interest of both parties. Job well done!!!
