Had a broken back and screen on a iPhone 15. Set up insurance easy online and then dropped off my phone a couple of hours later. My man Cody got both pieces of glass switched out in 2 hours, and even cleaned the ports and speakers for me. Thanks Cory! 5 stars all the way

They replaced the screen on my Pixel 7, I walked in, they verified that the phone was still in fact working other than the screen issue, an hour and a half later my phone was like new... Great job and thanks for taking care of me.... I highly recommend these guys... read full review

They were phenomenal. I broke my phone’s screen on a Sunday, filed a claim thru Asurion with Verizon the second it broke. The claims process was very easy and quick (I got accepted instantly), and for screen cracking there was no deductible! On Friday they called to say my new screen was in and fixed it in under an hour. Skyler fixed my phone quick and fast. (He was also very very very nice) My favorite part is that Asurion and UBreakiFix use REAL parts and screens FROM Apple themselves and not after-market parts. They even use the glue Apple has themselves, so it feels like my phone was never cracked, and my new screen still has Ceramic Shield... read full review
