if i could give this place negative stars i would. The people here are arrogant and rude. They lie to cover up their own failings. I was accused of using vulgar language on the phone with them this morning and i did not. What actually happened was the girl on the phone started yelling at me and i dont tolerate that so i hung up. She apparently needed to have a reason of the abrupt ending of the call so she lied on me. Ive been waiting for over a month now for a prescription for my dog and all i am getting is the run a round and being lied on. I have gone here for years and years and I have always had phenomenal service from the techs and vets here. They've always been kind and willing to work with you on what will be the best course of action going forward for the health of your pet. My cat is shy and nervous and they are always patient and kind with her when she comes in. When I had to get my dog put down, they were so understanding and kind, providing enough time to say goodbye and being very respectful of our family during our grief. I will not go anywhere else.

Killed our beloved cat! Ordered $500 in tests, but didn't listen to his lungs. Our cat was dead within 10 days of being sent home with a clean bill of health. I was told to try new cat litter. The old male Dr. here is rude and doesn't listen at all. I was billed another $400 the day he died due to their negligence. Run away!
