Unsure…. Purchased the unlimited package online. Went to the designated location to get my sticker and showed them my email. It did not work. They had to call their manager, I am still unclear as to how to get it to work. They told me that I needed to go to a different location to get it to work, even though email told me to go to that specific location. Pretty frustrated already for a new customer as I received no clear direction as to how to make this work.
Staff is awesome, but the dryers aren't good, most of the vacuums are broken, air hoses don't work and the floor mat bay is closed. I emailed customer service and they told me to kick rocks. We go to Tommy's now. Much better experience.
Not impressed. I bought the Plus wash. Got home to find the driver and passenger doors missed and the tailgate the entire center was untouched. Dryers were okay, but could use a boost. Going back to my original place.
