As a newspaper carrier, hadn't filed my taxes for a few years and was unsure about the fines fees etc. Went here, very friendly, answered my questions. Got it done in time a day before they said. If I would have filed myself I would have payed more because I didn't know about an earned income deduction, ended up costing less than I would have thought, very pleased, thanks!
