Rick quickly pin pointed the failed capacitor and got my HVAC system back producing nice warm air! He also helped me understand my homes HVAC system. We had a great experience with Steven with Robert Gibb and Sons! We had bought a new Bosch HVAC system (Heat Pump) and had another company install and inspect it. It never worked right after that installation because it is such new technology and the other company just seemed to guess and do trial and error with this new system without really knowing how to work on it. Steven showed up, admitted that this was such a new technology that he would need to call Bosch tech support to assist him. After a few hours of troubleshooting and phone calls the issues were figured out and the system has been working beautifully!
