When we first moved into our house the place was unkept and clearly had not been cleaned prior to our move in date. We were unaware that the house had previously been left vacant for a period of time. The house was completely infested with spiders. I couldn’t walk into a room of the home without encounter at least 5. At that point I was having nightmares of the amount of spiders I saw throughout this house. Shortly after moving into our house, the neighbor came over and informed us that there had been a squatter living in our home and was kicked out prior to us moving in. The worst property management ever! Maintenance request after 5 months are not yet done. Never finish a maintenance, even if they schedule an appointment after several months. They always says they have to come back again because they can’t fix the problem…. and never come back! When we moved in there were a lot of issues, door broken, windows broken, toilets doesn’t flush, and many others! After 5 months they were able to change twice a broken glass because they were not able to order the right one at the first time! They charge you for everything with due date the same day and no advice. Is not possible to talk to someone you can only send text messages but they... read full review

It is a pleasure to rent an apartment from River Rock. The building and grounds are clean and well kept. Snow was always plowed. They are very responsive and immediately take care of maintenance requests. Every person I have communicated with in the office has been kind and polite. Thank you River Rock! ? - Joe and Melissa
