Dr Looysen is a superstar in my eyes....pun intended. Labor Day weekend I noticed extra floaters in one eye. I had my eye checked in Grand Forks on Saturday night and was told I had a retinal tear. They expected me to have to wait till Tuesday to get it repaired. Dr Looysen had me fixed up by 1:00 p.m. the next day, a Sunday. So thankful he and his assistant came in and fixed me up, as it more than likely helped avoid a detached retina.
I was seen by Dr. Looysan for a retinal tear. I was seen promptly he did a very detailed exam and went through the procedure to repair the tear. He was able to do it the same day so my risk of further damage was minimized. Appreciated the professionalism he provided. Missy at the front was also very pleasant to deal with and was helpful with all the forms.
I was seen by Retina Consultants for an emergency retina procedure. Dr Gilca & her staff were fantastic. I’m thankful we have professionals such as these in our community. The staff made a visit that could have been uncomfortable into a very pleasant procedure. Thank you again Retina Consultants! Outstanding!
