I had such a wonderful experience. If you’re looking for someone who is both professional, personable and honest; I can’t recommend Laura enough! She took the time to listen to my concerns and delivered natural results. I felt completely at ease throughout the entire process. The clinic is also beautiful. I will definitely be back!

The absolute worst! They advertise Botox for $4.00 a unit and a full treatment for under $200.00. But after you get in there, it costs over $800.00. Totally false advertising. And when you show the nurse the ad on Instagram, she says, "yea we can't do it for that". Then why are you advertising it? She replies, "well that's not right". No kidding. But they think you'll just go ahead and have the treatment. Not me, I walked out totally blown away and disappointed. The nurse and the doctor both had the same name of Brooke. Terrible!

I've had two treatments--the DiamondGlow and the HydroFacial. They did call and ask if I wanted to upgrade to an hour, so I expected 45-60 minute sessions based on the price and my experiences elsewhere. Neither service lasted longer than 40 minutes, and both felt rushed and incomplete. My skin felt and looked no different. Additionally, when I arrived the following week for my DiamondGlow, they told me they couldn't do the service because I had the HydroFacial the week before and asked if I wanted a different service instead. I thought this was very unprofessional--they had all week, all day, to call and reschedule. Unfortunately, I won't be going back.

Recently, I had a chance to be a model in Chapter studio training. This is absolutely amazing what kind of training the company offers to all its aestheticians. They get to learn new treatments and techniques; tips form professional instructors and ideas of making us, their clients, look better and more confident. As they say, good becomes even better.
