Bought some stuff for my cat and dog and they really loved their new goodies.
There was also a really nice employee that I chatted with a little, I didn't catch her name but she made our experience there very nice.

Petco has always been one of my favorite places to shop for my dog and other pets. However, this particular location seems to be struggling with management issues. I often notice unpackaged trucks on the floor and a constant stream of customers needing assistance, which suggests that the staff is stretched too thin. It appears that many employees are working long hours, possibly for less compensation than they deserve, driven by their love for animals.
I will continue to shop here because I genuinely appreciate the brand and its products, but I wish upper management would provide this store with more support—whether that's additional management... read full review

ALWAYS short-staffed. I don’t know whether this is due to local management style or national. Honestly I have seen some pretty good employees rotate thru the mgmnt position so I believe it’s something on the national level. Store also now keeps all products for re-stocking right on the pallets in aisles whether it’s a main aisle or shopping aisle making it difficult to get around. This probably is the reason why it’s no longer one of the cleanest of places either. At this point the prices/points programs are not even low enough to encourage me to shop there anymore.
