Bea has been doing permanent makeup since 2004 and is just fabulous! Drove from Minot to Fargo just for her lip blushing tattoo (full lip and liner) service - her studio is gorgeous, she takes the time to talk to you and make sure she’s doing what you want, and her follow-up is amazing. I’ve been asked for her contact info by many people who have admired her work.
