Their bid was detailed, and the articles on their website are informative and helpful. Jim replied to questions in a timely manner, and he and Ben were prompt, friendly, and efficient. New oak floors installed by them are absolutely stunning. For remodel projects, their attention to detail and commitment to excellence make jobs easier and results spectacular. They kept things on track and on time, checking in for major decisions and sending photo updates. The work turned out BEAUTIFUL.
Jim refinished floors in my 1940s home and they turned out so beautiful! Jim was easy to work with, responsive and organized. So appreciate the work he did! Highly recommend!
I just had my hardwood floors redone and I am tremendously happy with the results. Jim and his team did a fantastic job. From the initial meeting, ongoing updates, to the end product, I couldn't be happier. To me what really separates them is their care to the small details.
I can't explain how great Jim and his crew were to work with! They transformed my 1906 floors and brought them back to life. Ben and Jeremiah were awesome guys and should be very proud of their work. I was referred here by two close friends and I am so glad I listened to them. The floors are gorgeous. They were efficient and very knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and made this process so easy. 100% recommend!
