I reached out when I was in a bind. We were out of town during a blizzard and we were not an existing customer. We needed our driveway cleared so we wouldn't have a lot of work to do right when we for home. They responded right away and had no problems adding me to the lineup for snow removal.

I have been using O'Connell for my snow removal needs this winter of 2021-2022, and would have been lost without their services. I am a widow with a young child, who doesn't own a snowblower, and had used a different service in the past with unsatisfactory results, which prompted me to seek a new company.
