I ordered my son's soccer pictures online. After a few weeks the pictures didn't show up in the mail so I called the number listed on Google a few times with no answer before I just left a voicemail letting them know that the pictures haven't showed up yet. After about a week they finally reached our to say they accidentally sent to the wrong address and they would fix the situation. Well after a about a week we still didn't get the pictures. I ran into someone with Legacy at my son's basketball practice and told the photographer what's going on. He took down my info and said he would follow up with me. No one ever did. We payed $50 for no pictures and they kept giving us the runaround, or won’t answer my wife’s call or email. You guys should get no stars and don’t deserve to be in business the way your customer service is.

Do not order from this company- you will not get your pictures, they take your money and run! No response from text email or call. Never got pictures from T-ball- I am so glad Mandan Park and Rec said there done using them!
