Alex is warm, friendly, and informative. I had my first-ever Brazilian wax with her and she helped me feel so at ease every step of the way. Prior to the appointment, she sent me detailed, clear instructions on how to find her building & studio. Once I arrived, she talked me through each step the waxing would entail, and she checked in with me throughout to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. The waxing itself was minimally painful, and the whole appointment took less than 15 minutes! I've already booked my next appointment!

I went to Alex for my first Brazilian wax. I was worried it would be awkward but she made the experience feel completely normal. She explains everything she is doing and it took less than 15 minutes! I will definitely be back!
