The Institute of Diagnostic Imaging provides a great experience in its open MRI, with staff who are amazing, caring, and helpful. Patients appreciate the friendly and efficient check-in and imaging process. However, some issues arose with accessing medical records, including the use of CD discs instead of digital images. While the staff may be knowledgeable, some customers report encountering rude responses when trying to resolve these issues. Overall, the staff's caring nature and efforts to keep patients comfortable shine through, but the clinic's outdated technology and customer service may require improvement.
I normally don’t review places but the staff went out of their way to make sure I had my results as soon as possible. Even giving me a CD with the scan and the radiologist results when the private practice that ordered it wasn’t able to give me the results the same day. Institute of diagnostic imaging saw my situation was urgent and did everything they could to help. Would recommend this place to anyone needing imaging services.
Highly recommend this place. They make an uncomfortable situation comfortable and what could be painful, they minimize. Sherry knows how to make you feel at ease and walks you through the whole process.
