Eric is awesome about always coming to my rescue whenever I have a problem!! He has the patience of a saint when dealing with this computer illiterate person.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone I know.
Our organization recently switched from a different IT company to IMS and I am so thankful! They are local, they will come to our office as often as needed, they respond quickly and are effective when trouble-shooting over the phone--even on Sunday mornings! Thank you IMS for all of your help!
