They did not call us before coming and then they did not answer the phone the multiple times we tried. They came another day and they were 30 mins late. They did not call us to let us know they had left, and upon arrival coming back, they had left a bunch of garbage and trash. They did not rake the carpet and and it looks as though they did not vacuum the floor. Not impressed, the only reason why they are worth it is because they are a cheap company.

Hired them to clean the carpet in our 2 bedroom apt. The quote on he phone was around $200. They were over an hour late to out appt time. Took multiple smoke breaks. When the gentleman brought the bill it was just shy of $500. I was shocked and asked about this and he claimed our rental company requires them to spot treatment everywhere and include the concrete basement and kitchen/bathrooms. I tried to debate this with the man and he said "it is what it is, we are done". Protect yourself and go somewhere else. Ironically had KLEENWAY clean the carpets in my 4 bedroom house for half the cost and great work.Service: General carpet cleaning

They were 2 hours late for our scheduled time. Told us they were running late 35 minutes after the time had passed and said, “we will be less than 30 minutes.” Didn’t show up for another 1.5 hours. We had just cleaned our ENTIRE apartment and upon leaving, my fiancé noticed the toilet was clogged. Now we have to go back and clean it again. An hour scheduled cleaning took 3 hours out of our day plus more work we had already completed.
