I had a great experience there! I was somewhat concerned because of the poor reviews but the staff was very friendly and professional. I was seen a few minutes before my appointment time, too. Everyone-- the front desk lady, the nurse, and the doctor-- gladly answered my questions and were super helpful.

The good: very quick service.

The bad: Front end reception very unwelcoming and did not even acknowledge me until I stated the purpose of my visit. Also proceeded to gossip about coworkers/supervisors while there were patients in the lobby. A couple patients presented for “walk in” services and were told it is not a walk in (even though google states it is) they responded with “yes it’s been wrong for a year” while rolling their eyes.

I had very good service here. They were professional and very helpful. They answered any and all questions I had. I was brought back to the room promptly and received service right away. The doctor I had, Brenda, was fantastic.
