I definitely prefer going to Eckroth vs the other music store in town. Eckroth feels more like a small town atmosphere and they spend more time explaining things, it just feels like a more honest experience. Everyone on their staff that I've dealt with has been great and incredibly knowledgeable! It's also very convenient to have a repair shop in house here.

Honestly, I bought another beautiful instrument for my daughter. 1st class treatment the whole time. Professional and Expert Knowledge is always given and we were in good hands from start to finish.
